SHIPPING AND RETURNS
At TOTA Design we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. If we are experiencing higher than normal volume we will reach out to let you know of the delay.
LOCAL VANCOUVER DELIVERY
We are pleased to offer Local Delivery in Vancouver only or Local Pickup.
This service is available from Monday – Friday only. We do not deliver on the weekends or on statutory holidays.
Items purchased through our online store will be delivered within the following 2 business days. We will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a delivery window time.
CANADA ORDERS
- $20 Flat Rate Shipping
- Larger Items will be charged at a Premium rate depending on weight and size.
CANADIAN ORDERS
All Canadian orders placed with TOTA Design are processed, packed, and shipped within Canada from Vancouver, BC. All packages are shipped using Canada Post or UPS. No duties or additional taxes will be incurred after placing your order. Remote locations and P.O. Box addresses will receive Canada Post shipping.
Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to-shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not offer international shipping. The size and weight of our packages and the additional packing care that our items require mean that the rates for shipping are very high.
We are more than happy to get you a shipping quote, but please be forewarned that shipping costs will exceed approx. 75 CAD. If you are still interested please contact us.
RETURNS
Within 30 Days – It is our hope that you’re completely satisfied with your order, but in the chance that you are not, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the items being shipped to you.
Must include original packaging and be in new condition: Items returned to us must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. TOTA Design reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet this criteria.
If your order is deemed unfit for return because it is not in its original selling condition, we will notify you to let you know that no refund will be issued. The customer can then choose from the following options:
1. The product will be shipped back to the customer at a shipping cost of $25 CAD; or
2. The product will be recycled or donated.
If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of us informing you that your return has been rejected the product will be recycled or donated.
